Rashmi Gautam is an Indian actress and television host who works in Telugu cinema and on television. She is a conceptual team leader in the reality dance show Dhee, Dhee 13, and hosts the Telugu television comedy show Extra Jabardasth.

She was born in the Andhra Pradesh city of Visakhapatnam to an Odia-speaking mother and an Uttar Pradesh-bred father. Rashmi was discovered by actress Sangeetha during a reality dance event after acting in a supporting part in the Telugu film Prasthanam in 2010, and she suggested her to Mugil, who cast her in the main role of Narmada in the Tamil film Kandaen in 2011. Guru, a Kannada film, also featured her.
