Isabela Moner, better known as Isabela Merced since 2019, is an actress and singer from the United States. She voiced Kate in Nickelodeon’s animated spinoff series Dora and Friends: Into the City! (2014–2019) and played CJ Martin on the Nickelodeon television series 100 Things to Do Before High School (2014–2016).

She was born in the city of Cleveland in the state of Ohio. Katherine Moner, who was born in Lima, Peru, and Patrick Moner, who was born in Louisiana, are her parents. Merced has indicated that Spanish was her first language and that she struggled with English in elementary school, and that she believes herself to be more Peruvian than American.
